Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CallViva, a service operated by Practical Mind Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. What CallViva is and isn't
CallViva provides AI-generated mock interviews and practice feedback. Your interviewer is an AI, not a person. CallViva is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any medical school or the AAMC. Feedback is an automated opinion meant to help you practice. It is not professional advice, and it does not predict or guarantee any admission outcome.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You may only verify and receive calls on a phone number you own or are authorised to use. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Calls and recording
When you start a session, you ask us to call your verified number. Calls are recorded and transcribed to produce your feedback. You agree to take calls in a place where recording is appropriate, and not to include other people in the call without their consent.
4. Credits and payments
New accounts receive one free Quick practice interview after phone verification (one per phone number). Additional interviews are sold as one-time credit packs through Stripe. Credits don't expire. A credit is automatically returned if a call isn't answered, reaches voicemail, ends in the first two minutes, or a report can't be produced. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will work with you on a refund.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to call numbers you don't control, to extract or reverse-engineer the system, to overload it, or to use it to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content
You own what you say in your interviews. You give us permission to process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep CallViva available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you before they take effect.
